What is your education and/or training? 
Andriana Nikolaidou worked at the Cyprus Insitute in 2015 as an Intern in Advanced Imaging for Art and Cultural Heritage. In 2018 she was recruited as Research Assistant in Digital Media / Libraries at Science and Technology in Archaeology and Culture Research Center (STARC) of Cyprus Institute. With a background in Fine Arts (BA- first-class honors) from De Montfort University (UK) she continues her studies pursuing a master’s degree in Interaction Design. At STARC Andriana is responsible for the digital curation of DIOPTRA: The Edmée Leventis Digital Library for Cypriot Culture and the management of digital assets through multiple stages of the Library’s digitization workflow. She conceptualizes, conceives and plans the creation of a digital library structure focusing on usability and user engagement. In addition, she contributes her expertise in the development of the digital library platforms for the Andreas Pittas Art Characterization Laboratories.
