Since November 2008, Adrian Kennedy from the Office of Public Works, Art Management department has been INCCA's coordinator in Ireland.  Adrian started out as an interior designer working on in-store exhibitions in department stores. From there he joined the National Museum of Ireland and trained as a conservator - specialising in archaeological and ethnographical objects. He was a founding member of the Irish Professional Conservators & Restorers Association (IPCRA) and later gained admission to the Institute for the Conservation of Historic & Artistic Works in Ireland (ICHAWI) as an accredited conservator specialising in archaeological conservation. Adrian worked freelance for a number of years conserving many types of historical objects and advising on environmental care to managers of museums, art galleries and historic houses. Presently, he works for the Office of Public Works as part of a team managing the State Art collection. This collection comprises of over 10,500 artworks consisting mainly of contemporary paintings, together with sculpture, commissioned music and poetry and also includes historic works from the mid-19th century. Adrian is a judge on the advisory panel of the Heritage Council dealing with the care of collections.

The Thomas Dammann Junior Memorial Trust conducts an annual competition for students at Irish third level institutions (North and South) and for practitioners who seek funding for suitable projects in any aspect of the visual arts, including design, architecture and photography.

The maximum award for each project is €5,000.
