This poster abstract was presented at the International Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (IIC) congress Conservation and Access in London from September 15-19, 2008. The text was first published in the IIC 2008 congress preceedings. It explains in short the rationale behind setting up the INCCA network and gives a practical example of how a virtual artist archive can be created. The artist in question is Suchan Kinoshita.
